With over twenty years of combined office work experience in the fields of architecture and planning, we are ideally suited to provide architectural and planning services to resort communities. We have the expertise and the commitment to provide a high quality of design and construction that responds to the west coast environment and climate. We provide sensible designs for various building types through good detailing, sustainable approach and a thorough understanding of Building Codes and local building practices.
Our land and site planning expertise is unique in its approach: it combines architectural building siting knowledge with understanding of land value and market forces, while balancing development cost and environmental constraints and opportunities. Our experience with Whistler projects, involving difficult terrain and a sophisticated approval process has led us to bring our special skill to other North American Resorts.
